Virginia Farris was the youngest child of Moses Miles Farris and Carrie Blanton Farris. She was born around 1920. Known as Jinny in her youth, she first was married to Taft Hutchins and had two sons, Maxie Miles and Wayne, and a daughter, Quinn. Jinny and Taft divorced. She married E. Farmer and began spelling her name Jeanie. She lived in New Jersey, where she later died. She is buried next to her father at Cedar Grove cemetery in Rutherford County, N.C.
